Approximately 1.75 acres currently zoned A2 with rezoning application process underway to rezone [subject to city approval] to "I-2" along with four other nearby properties. The City of Kelowna has currently designated this properly as IND - Industrial in 2040 OCP and some similar properties to the West on Appaloosa have already successfully completed a rezoning to "I-2". Price is firm and based sale closing before June 20, 2024 in as is condition with the buyer responsible for all future costs of rezoning including without limitation all bonding, city fees, roadworks, civil, utility connections etc. The current single-family home is rented for $3400 per month.
