Continue to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area that spills out into your backyard oasis. Enjoy the salt-water pool (with auto cover!) and lovely green space, complete with a fully fenced yard. There is a large pantry with a sink (great for your coffee station) off the master chef's kitchen, complete with stainless appliances and quartz countertops. Upstairs offers the primary with large en-suite and walk-in closet, plus three more bedrooms, one of which can double as a great kids playroom or hobby room. Downstairs offers a cozy theatre room / flex room which can accommodate a video projector and large screen. The LEGAL SUITE mortgage helper has one bedroom, its own utilities, laundry and separate entrance, with no access to your backyard. There is a new park going in at the corner of Dehart and Gordon, which is going to have a load of awesome amenities. This is a superior neighbourhood close to schools, shopping (new Save On Foods at Canyon Falls Middle School), transit, H20, and a short bike ride to the beach! Come see your new home sweet home, and let us know if you have any questions at all!

About
I would like to introduce myself. Thank you for taking the time to visit my web site.
Moving to the Trail area in 1990 I wanted a healthy atmosphere for my children to experience their childhood in. It has been an excellent choice with the opportunities they have had. Whatever sport they were interested in has been available to them and they have developed a healthy appreciation for the out doors and community living.
In 2004 with the maturity of my sons (the oldest graduating from high school) I felt it was time to branch out in a career that had always interested me but that I didn't have the flexibility of time to do, and have never looked back. My 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and service as well as 9 years in business management has prepared me well for my career and I thoroughly enjoy my work.
I love assisting my clients and friends in their Real Estate ventures and have won awards every year for my efforts. I make myself available and try to make the process as enjoyable as possible. Why shouldn't the purchase or sale of your property be a fabulous experience? I dedicate myself to treating my clients with the same care and expertise I would wish.
I would be pleased to work with you or any one you know.
