Heather is a fourth-generation Kootenay girl. After experiencing the warm sense of community that Nelson offers, her and her husband moved here twenty years ago to raise a family. Like many Kootenay folks, Heather enjoys an active lifestyle and teaches local fitness classes that offer great balance in her life.
