Welcome to Royal Heights in the heart of Kamloops just mere minutes from Royal Inland Hospital and Thompson Rivers University. This home is truly custom from top to bottom with a sweeping panoramic view of the entire Kamloops Valley that will take your breath away. From the moment you walk into this gorgeous 5-bedroom and 4-bathroom property, you will notice it is no normal home with its detailed design in every nook and an architect that saw beauty on every floor with creativity starting with every bedroom having its own private deck with a view! The architect of this home spared no expense and wasted no corner in the immense 3942sqft layout that still feels welcoming, bright, and ready to entertain any occasion. An extensive renovation of over 250k was done on the home in 2012 by Castle Designs and since then has been immaculately kept and maintained. New features are a Boiler heat system as of 2021, quartz countertops, a new kitchen, engineered hardwood floors, patio decking, new tiling throughout the home, easy-to-maintain backyard stonework, and retaining walls done by Pronto landscaping. In the basement you will find an extremely flexible floorplan to make a suite and still maintain living space for the main living area or have a very large independent suite with plenty of natural light and a view.
