Welcome to Pottery Manor - your next adventure in real estate glory—a stunning 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom masterpiece with enough bathrooms to never argue over one again. Seriously, there are seven. This beauty doesn’t just look good—it performs too, with a respectable 3.9% cap rate that whispers, “I’m pretty and responsible.” Two fully-equipped one-bedroom suites offer flexibility for guests, in-laws, or that one friend who "just needs to crash for a few months." Outside, a picturesque creek winds through the property like a scene from a rom-com where someone inevitably falls in love or at least drops their phone. The setting? Gorgeous. The location? Prime. The vibes? Immaculate. Whether you're an investor, a family, or someone who just really loves bathrooms, this home has you covered—literally and figuratively. Pros of owning this home: -You can have your suites pay your mortgage - leaving you time to finally pick up that hobby you've been watching all those youtube videos about. -With MUS zoning you can have multiple legal dwellings - start a bed and breakfast, really show the Canadian economy what you are made of. -The hot water tank and furnace were replaced in 2022 so you need not fret about big ticket items kicking the bucket. -There is a creek.. A CREEEK! -It's large enough to fit your family and your families family. Cons of owning this home - Bragging about your house will become your entire personality.

About
Born and raised in Kamloops, BC – Andrew spent many years living, working and studying abroad. It took this time of living away for Andrew to realize that his heart was back in Kamloops. In 2006 he moved his family back to Kamloops to assist in the marketing of the Tobiano Resort Development as a project real estate specialist. While learning the ropes in the project world at Tobiano, Andrew has also been growing his business by helping people buy and sell homes in the Kamloops area. To date, he has assisted buyers and sellers in over a 1000 real estate deals proving he is a very experienced Kamloops realtor and a proud member of Royal LePage Westwin Realty.
Education - Science Degree in Hotel Restaurant Tourism Administration from the University of South Carolina and 2 diplomas in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Hotel Institute Montreux, Switzerland.
Andrew spent a number of years living abroad attending university in Switzerland and South Carolina followed by a year with Intrawest in California before being drawn back to beautiful British Columbia, specifically his home town of Kamloops.
The main reasons Andrew moved back to Kamloops was to be closer to family and to take advantage of the lifestyle and safety that the Thompson Okanagan area offers. He is a proud father of two young boys and has been happily married for over 14 years.
From a real estate stand point, Andrew is the kind of person that is always willing and able to help people. He has a great personality that many consider to be warm, approachable and easy to communicate with. Andrew attributes his success in the real estate market to his ability to listen to what his clients are saying, his honest approach to communication and his wide range of real estate experience. All traits that make for an experienced and competent real estate agent. Andrew also co-owned a large residential construction company for 5 years which allowed him to learn an enormous amount about residential and commercial construction. He easily transfers those skills and knowledge over to his Real Estate career and now offers that insight to all of his clients when they are looking to purchase a new home or when they are discussing selling and want to get an idea of costs associated with potential renovations.
Andrew is a proud member of the Royal LePage Westwin Realty Office at 800 Seymour St. Kamloops, BC, V2C-2H5, 250-374-1461. Since joining the Royal LePage team, Andrew has been the recipient of numerous industry sales achievement awards.
